妮基·格拉瑟：好女孩

　　A struggling social media influencer discovers the house he shares is haunted. The ghost brings him and his friends fame and fortune, but with deadly consequences.

　　A quick glimpse at the cast for this film would make any horror fan giddy with glee. The actual movie doesn't live up to those high expectations, but it's far from being all bad. Desi Arnaz Jr. (!) plays an author who makes a crazy $20,000 bet with his publisher that he could write a great novel in only 24 hours. To do so, the publisher gives him the keys to an old abandoned house where he won't be disturbed. Not true. Once he gets there he is interrupted by a multitude of guests including a family which consists of John Carradine, Sheila Keith, Peter Cushing and Vincent Price. They are gathered there in a twisted family reunion to release their brother from the room he's been imprisoned in for forty years. Even Christopher Lee drops by as Corrigan, the man who has just purchased the house. Soon, they realize that the caged brother is loose and out for revenge.
　　What a great plotline and what a dream cast! This movie should have been a hell of a lot better. It's hard to pinpoint the exact problems with the film, but I would venture to say that the lack of lighting was a major fault. Sure the house has no electricity but I think they took the title of the movie a little too literally. Scenes after scenes are barely visible and the actors' faces are undecipherable. Only the moments in the main dinning hall are well lit. Also, the great actors are given very little to do. Cushing gets a few chuckles as the scared brother but Price, Lee and especially Carradine are somewhat wasted here. Well, at least Price gets the best line of the film: `Please don't interrupt me while I am soliloquizing.' And on the plus side, the story has enough twists and turns throughout to keep one`s interest and the ending, while a bit of a cop-out, manages to surprise.

　　失恋女（莫文蔚饰）在七月半被男友抛弃，于是把自己关在房里，不断往楼下扔东西发泄。两个心怀鬼胎的保安也在此时酝酿打劫大厦的计划。一对夫妇突然间不见了儿子，遂请求保安队长（李力持饰）帮忙。队长进入二人家中却发现了另一桩与死去老妇有关的凶案。而此时失恋女发现了站在楼道口对着一盆花说话的神秘黑衣人（周星驰饰）。队长发现了夫妇谋杀老母亲的事实，遂被追杀。而此时老母亲的鬼魂前来索命终被黑衣人制服。而夫妇也最终被黑衣人制服后坠楼身亡。含恨的厉鬼就要来索命，牵连该事件的若干人无奈之下只有与神秘的黑衣人合作......

　　大型影视基地，胸怀明星梦的女子如梦（鄂靖文 饰）已经在影视圈摸爬滚打了十多年，却依旧还是籍籍无名的龙套演员。平日里，在片场饱受剧组和其他演员的欺凌嘲笑，回到家则被恨铁不成钢的老爹指责，甚至扬言断绝父女关系。然而如梦一律微笑面对，天大的委屈也藏在心中，死皮赖脸地抓住每一个希望渺茫的机会。在此期间，她结识了热衷于跑龙套的李洋，早已过气却自视甚高的童星马可（王宝强 饰），更彻彻底底看清了自己以及爱情的真相。
　　她是过于平凡的小人物，是一个不该有梦的女孩，是一个直到宇宙灭亡也永远不会得到演戏机会的可悲龙套……

故事从一顶在宣恩县周边出土的价值不菲的“土家金凤冠”为线索，以一箱不明来历的日币为轴心，在彭家寨里上演一出“我不是贼！谁是贼？”的喜剧。电影将以轻松，风趣，诙谐的蒙太奇，烘托出彭家寨本地居民的纯真与朴实，以及寨子的神秘深邃与静谧恬然。也让观众在极具个性的人物塑造中大声欢笑，在畅快的欢笑声中久久回味，由此而牢记住彭家寨的风雨石桥，翡翠竹林，特色吊脚楼以及誉为瑰宝的各种土家民俗文化。

　　年关将至，小城居民都在筹备着过年。社区也不例外，请来了杀猪匠，白刀子进红刀子出，一头肥硕的猪，即将踏入走上餐桌的征途。然而，一句声嘶力竭的“幺儿”打破了这平静祥和的氛围，猪，不再是普通猪，人，变成了各色人，一出关于猪权归属的小城轶事，轰轰烈烈、热热闹闹的拉开了序幕。

　　影片被描述为“对西部题材充满爱意的重塑”。帕丁森饰演的Samuel是一位富有的拓荒者，他冒险穿越边境，为了与一生挚爱Penelope（米娅·华希科沃斯卡饰）成亲。Samuel与一个酒鬼和一匹叫作“奶油糖果”的小型马同行，然而简单的旅程却变得危险重重。
